Alice Wootson is a teacher who started writing novels after she retired. Her first novel, Snowbound with Love, was published in 2000. Her 10th novel, Ready to Take a Chance, was released in December, 2006. Alice spends whatever spare time she has, traveling with her husband, Ike, enjoying her grandchildren, reading and watching television.
