Am I the only one who didn't know that Beverly Jenkins had a new novel come out in January? Yep. "Bring on the Blessings" was released 27 January and no one told me. "Bring on the Blessings" isn't the only novel Beverly has out just in time for Valentines (SMILE). Reprints of her titles "Josephine" and "Belle" are also available. I missed them the first time around, so am glad to be given a second chance. Don't forget the Beverly Jenkins Pajama Party. More information will be given in the coming months.
Last month you were introduced to Author Victoria Wells and her second novel, "When Love Comes Around," which was released January 31, 2009. I'll give you one guess what the next online bookclub selection is (SMILE). Yep, you guessed it. When Love Comes Around will is the selection for our Black Romance Bookclub, which is hosted at Shelfari.com. We all have busy lives, so take two months to read the selected novel. We are a little more than a year away from our fabulous Romance Slam Jam Crystal Anniversary Cruise departing from Miami, Florida, Saturday April 10th, 2010. We will be embarking on the five day Carnival Cruise to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands on the “Destiny” Fun Ship.
