All conference activities will be held in the Hilton New Orleans Airport, located less than 15 miles from downtown New Orleans and only a few minutes from restaurants and shopping in the suburb of Kenner, LA. The hotel features a quaint courtyard, world-class fitness room, and several onsite eateries. It includes a complimentary airport shuttle and complimentary high-speed internet for guests who book through Romance Slam Jam.

This rate does not include sales and/or occupancy tax, currently 8.75% (sales) and 4% (occupancy).

Directly across from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport’s terminal entry. From east/downtown: On Interstate I-10 exit at International Airport; Follow access road in left lane; At first light signal turn right onto Airline Drive; 2 blocks to hotel on left.

ARRIVALS TO LOUIS ARMSTRONG NEW ORLEANS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

The Hilton New Orleans Airport offers complimentary airport shuttle service that operates 24 hours on demand between the airport and the hotel. Our Courtesy Van picks-up at the Transportation Center (first floor across from the baggage claim area) and drops-off at curbside on the SECOND FLOOR – DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. Please note that the baggage claim area is located on first floor – lower level.
